Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers comfortable rooms but is plagued by constant outside noise. The service is exceptional, with friendly staff going above and beyond. The central location is bustling but lacks spaciousness. The dining experience is impressive with a variety of fresh options. Overall, a mixed but fulfilling stay.
The hotel offers beautiful and spacious rooms, but there is construction impacting the view. The service is excellent, especially with the attentive and skilled masseuse. The location is great for business and relaxation, although the neighborhood appears suburban. The dining experience is top-notch with a variety of food options, including suitable vegetarian choices.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The deluxe balcony room I stayed in was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and clean. The hotel overall is very clean and nice, which I really appreciated. However, the duvet and carpet in my room were a bit dirty. The breakfast included was a great touch.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The rooms were just amazing with fantastic water pressure, air conditioning that kept me so comfortable, and a super comfy bed that I melted into every night. Everything was so cozy and luxurious, from the pillow menu to the crisp linens and lovely bathroom amenities. However, the hotel's location slightly outside the CBD next to a huge building site was the only downside. Even so, the service was top-notch, with helpful and prompt staff who truly cared about making my experience as pleasant as possible.
This hotel is a cozy and luxurious gem with beautiful rooms and a lovely buffet breakfast each morning. The service is exceptional with genuinely friendly and attentive staff. The location is central, close to the National Museum, but not ideal for walking to other places in Nairobi. Dining offers extensive options of great quality, though slightly expensive. Facilities are top-notch.
The hotel is modern and new with fantastic water pressure, air conditioning, and a super comfy bed. The only downside was facing a construction site.
