I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The deluxe balcony room I stayed in was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and clean. The hotel overall is very clean and nice, which I really appreciated. However, the duvet and carpet in my room were a bit dirty. The breakfast included was a great touch.

Even so, the service was top-notch, with helpful and prompt staff who truly cared about making my experience as pleasant as possible.
